Leadership

Leading with a seventh sense

Our Seventh Sense is led on one conviction: growth should be deliberate. Every product we build — and every decision we make about it — answers to the same discipline: optimal consumption out of a well-balanced capacity, inside a finite architecture design.

Nivethidha Napoleon is the founder of Our Seventh Sense. She conceived the company around a single idea — that technology should be grown deliberately, with environmental responsibility first, without sprawl, and with the right amount of investment to run a business — and she sets its strategic direction to that idea today.

As founder she stewards all three product lines. She guides how each product reaches the market, how its promises are made and kept, and how the company earns the trust of the businesses that rely on it — from the small business mapping itself for the first time in Simplified EA, to the integration floor running on the Manufacturing Execution System, to the datacenter team designing capacity in the Hosting Configurator.

Areas of responsibility

  • Strategy and direction — the company’s vision, the portfolio, and the order in which products come to market.
  • Governance — how decisions are made, recorded and reviewed, and how the company is held to its own principles.
  • Portfolio stewardship — the mandate, priorities and standards for Simplified EA, MES and the Hosting Configurator.
  • Trust and responsibility — customer data, honest claims, and the environmental accountability at the heart of the company.
How we lead

Six principles behind every decision

These are the standards leadership applies to every product, every release and every commitment we make to a customer.

Environmental responsibility first

We protect the only known planet where life can survive — and we do it by enabling growth, not by limiting it.

Right-sized, never sprawled

Capacity is weighed against real demand. We build what a customer needs, recommend what a customer needs, and nothing that burns without a right need.

People first

Every architecture begins with people. Our products are written in the language people use, and decisions stay with people — systems inform them.

Honest claims

We describe products as they are. Live means live; upcoming means upcoming. We do not claim certifications we do not hold, and specifications carry their sources.

The customer’s data is the customer’s

Workspaces are isolated, support access is scoped and recorded, and nothing a customer records is used to build anyone else’s product.

Built with customers

Products are shaped by the people who use them. Design partners run real work on early releases, and what they learn sets the roadmap.

Leadership across the portfolio

A clear mandate for every product

Live nowSmall & medium businesses

Simplified EA

Mandate: bring enterprise architecture within reach of every business — mapped in a few hours, in plain English, and kept honest from then on.

Leadership priorities

  • Time to first answer. A business should see its first map and first warnings within a few hours — answering a few questions in plain English, with no consultant and no training day.
  • A map that stays true. Every record carries a date and an owner; reminders arrive before anything goes stale, and the health score is calculated, never typed.
  • Nothing invented. Imports and AI drafts are suggestions until the customer accepts them. If a source does not say it, the field stays blank and says so.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Plain language throughout — people, capability, process and tools, never notation.
  • Each customer’s map belongs to that customer alone; support can look but not touch, and never sees costs.
  • Every warning names one thing to do, and the reason it matters.

UpcomingManufacturing & integration floors

Manufacturing Execution System

Mandate: run the integration floor end to end — from intake to Certificate of Conformance — and turn live operations into the signal that capacity planning depends on.

Leadership priorities

  • Traceability. Every work order traceable from intake through imaging, integration and quality to a generated Certificate of Conformance.
  • A role for everyone on the floor. Operators, supervisors, engineering, quality and viewers each see what their job requires — with shared stations and kiosks treated as first-class.
  • Deploy to fit the floor. The same system runs on a customer’s own server, at the edge, or fully offline — as much infrastructure as the floor needs, and no more.

On the roadmap

  • Barcode and QR scanning, and label printing at the station.
  • ERP import, andon signalling and shift handover.
  • OEE dashboards and burn-in genealogy — deepening the operational signal that feeds the rest of the portfolio.

Hosting Configurator

Mandate: right-size infrastructure at design time — where a wrong decision costs nothing to change — and prove the design to the customer before hardware is bought.

Leadership priorities

  • Specifications with sources. Catalog entries carry per-field provenance from vendor documentation, with planning defaults labelled as defaults.
  • Power planned, not guessed. Every design is checked against its power feeds, and oversubscription is flagged at review — not discovered on the floor.
  • Isolation that is proven. Customer workspaces are separated by design and tested against an adversarial isolation suite on every release; support access is time-boxed, read-only and recorded.

On the roadmap

  • Single sign-on with enterprise identity providers.
  • A public API, webhooks and integrations.
  • Collaboration, site-wide dashboards and an AI design assistant — each shipped with honest release notes.

Governance

How the company holds itself to account

Good intentions are not a governance model. These are the practices leadership commits to across the portfolio.

01

One standard for every product

The principles on this page apply equally to the live product and to the products still in development. A product is not released until it meets them.

02

Status stated plainly

Each product is described at its true stage — live or upcoming — and roadmap items are presented as plans, not promises of a date.

03

Tested before trusted

Releases pass automated test gates before they ship, and the changes in every release are written down in plain language.

04

Customer data, stewarded

Isolation, scoped support access and customer ownership of data are treated as leadership responsibilities, reviewed with the same weight as features.

05

Accountable for consumption

The company applies its own discipline to itself: infrastructure sized to real use, and tools kept only while they serve a need.

06

Customers at the table

Design partners run real work on early releases and their feedback is reviewed regularly, so the roadmap reflects the floors and businesses it serves.

“We support every organization to evolve and grow without sprawl — the right amount of investment to run the business.”
